Oatmeal and coffee in the morning are fantastic! Good selection of fruit. Room setup is a bit clunky.

Thank you Nathan for making our stay so welcoming. We had gotten stuck in some seriously bad traffic on our way up so it was nice to walk in a have someone welcome us with a big smile! Kia and another person (starts with an S and is fairly new) were extremely kind. I had no idea Nathan was the manager so when I needed a special request, lo and behold it was Nathan who came out of the office to greet me on our final day. He sets the example and his employees follow. Big smile, super helpful and definitely good customer service! The room we had was spacious and had everything we needed. There was construction going on just across the street but besides that the walkability to the mall or food was exactly what we needed. Yes I give this place a 5/5 stars even though I do have one suggestion - please clean the rooms daily and not first thing in the morning when we are still getting ourselves ready. We had to call to get our room cleaned, had to call to get our trash emptied and had to call to get extra towels. I think Marriott's every other day cleaning is just bad customer service but Nathan and his staff handled our requests very quickly and with a smile. AGAIN, they were super nice and the place was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable but not affordable. But I love the garage parking. Easy access to the rooms. I have gotten the 2 room suite which includes 2 tvs, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with ice maker.

I absolutely loved this hotel! Unfortunately, it was only a 1 night stay. I would have loved to spend more time there! The room was clean and VERY spacious. They supplied everything you would need for the kitchen to cook. It was nice they had everything you would have at home in your own kitchen, even a dishwasher. The only negative thing about this hotel, is it very difficult to find! There is a tree that covers the sign for the hotel. We drove past the entrance several times because we couldn't see it. Also, the hotel shares a parking garage with at least 2 other businesses, so we thought that was the parking garage for the businesses, not the hotel. Overall, we had a short, but great stay here, and when we come back, we definitely will be staying here again.

I don’t usually write reviews for hotels unless I can give them 5 stars, but this stay truly deserved it. The customer service was outstanding, and Ms. Wade, the manager, went above and beyond to make my wife and me feel at home. She handled the issue we had with our room exceptionally well. The only drawback is that the onsite parking is a bit pricey, but aside from that, it’s a wonderful hotel conveniently located near everything in Nashville. We’ll definitely stay here again when visiting the city.

We had a great five-week stay. Being that our house was inaccessible, we chose to stay at the Residence Inn Green Hills. Being fully furnished, the two-bedroom suite worked out well. Having coffee and breakfast ready to go is also a benefit. Throughout the stay, the room was clean. Asking to change the beds or additional towels is an easy request. There is no doubt the facility is pet friendly. There’s easy walking areas and you will find other families choosing the hotel for that same reason. Some complain about the parking cost (which is expensive) but the GM was willing to collaborate with us for the reason of three cars and five weeks. No complaints but many compliments.

We loved our stay and room. Everything was clean. The lobby was beautiful. The room was big and spacious and seems like everything you would need (though we only stayed for the night). The breakfast bar was quite impressive, I was not expecting that level of food to be included - great job! The one drawback, and I'm not removing stars for, because I like the property and staff, is the Overnight Parking - it is $35! Though there are 'workarounds', so ask. Other than that, I felt it was a wonderful time and experience.

We REALLY enjoyed our stay here a couple weeks ago. I didn't want to take a star off, I wanted it to be 4.5 but it won't let me. The only reason why I took one off is the pool. It's extremely cold and dirty. They must not clean it daily or use the jets/heater. It was really hot when we were there and we picked this hotel because the Hyatt didn't have a pool for our 3 kids to swim in. Unfortunately they wouldn't set foot in it because of all the bugs floating in it and how ice cold it was. Other than that, the hotel was excellent. The rooms were clean. The hotel itself was VERY quiet. Not a single night did we hear anyone above us or to the sides of us. It felt like we were the only ones there. The breakfast was THE BEST breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. There options were so wonderful. TONS of options. And the hot food was actually real food. There were great cheesy eggs and delicious biscuits with gravy. The best part was the grab and go cereals that were name brand and a HUGE variety. My kids were SO happy! Another bonus, coffee ALL day long and hot water/tea/hot chocolate. Seriously awesome. Parking is expensive but what can you do. If you are wondering if you should stay here, yes you should. Just don't plan on swimming unless they heat the pool and clean it.
